We are a small Ls with strong players.

We are looking for a Team in GMT time that can run 1-2 Days in the Week for ADL + Sundays Double runs.
We schedule all events in advance so you know to keep your dynamis timer up, and only do limited Dynamis runs to give members a chance to farm/do trials in their own time.
You dont need Empy/Relic 99 as DD or maybe Horn/Harp as Brd. But if you allready obtain something it can do wonders in your application.
If you can bring Mules with SCH SMN COR WHM Jobs add it in your application. This will be a big bonus for your app.

We use a DKP System just for Attendance. We do payouts each week or more depends on it how often we go farm or if we sell the stuff.
" We farm a lot sets 1st run and fight most time in a 2nd run. If you can come 1 of 2 Runs your payout will be % on all drops and you obtain your payout than we start a new round. Single Coins + Af2+2 item drop free. All Gear = Free Lot / 100er + Marrow will go to the Ls Bank for your Payouts.
